Her unique combination of advanced education, public administration leadership, and two decades of direct child welfare experience makes her a trusted advisor across sectors—from rural nonprofits to state policymakers.

Over two decades, Dr. Tatum has:

  • Secured competitive grants for county government, nonprofits, and law enforcement agencies
  • Chaired and facilitated multidisciplinary teams addressing child abuse and family intervention
  • Earned recognition for her distinguished service as the CAC leader
  • Presented at the National Children’s Alliance, Penn State, and Commonwealth University-Lock Haven
  • Served as a speaker, peer reviewer, and thought partner in forums across Pennsylvania and nationwide
